We prepare our team to the best of our abilities before they arrive, support them as much as possible while theyre working at the hotels/resorts, and do our best to help them with anything they need afterwards, to ensure their transition into Japanese life and their travels are as smooth as possible.
Fortunately, Adams company also offers plenty of warm weather positions for those who miss the chance to get into the winter roles, Were also able to place applicants at amazing Okinawan beach resorts, in positions for approximately 3 months, at anytime throughout the year. Okinawa is so far south that the weather is warm enough for beach resorts to operate, even in winter.
Adam goes on to say that if an applicant is keen and speaks a little bit of Japanese, We should be able to secure a placement for them relatively easily.
